By using the ecobusinessdata.com website or requesting our services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1) Services we offer
We provide professional data and BI consulting services, such as:
- Discovery and requirements gathering.
- Data integration/ETL/ELT and data modeling.
- Dashboard and report design/build.
- Process automation and analytics (KPIs, forecasting, etc.).
- Training and enablement (BI adoption).
Every service is governed by the accepted commercial proposal (scope, milestones, timelines, fees, and deliverables). This website is informational and does not, by itself, constitute a contractual offer.
2) Intellectual property and use of deliverables
The code, templates, methodologies, documentation, and training materials we develop are our property, unless the agreement/proposal states otherwise. The client obtains a license to use them for the agreed internal purposes. Their commercialization, sub-licensing, or publication is prohibited without prior written authorization.
Client data always belongs to the client.
3) Confidentiality
We will treat as confidential all technical, commercial, or business information we access. We will only use it to provide the services. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if you require it.
4) Limitation of liability
- We provide our services with due diligence; however, we do not guarantee specific results or complete absence of errors.
- We are not responsible for business decisions based on reports/analytics, nor for errors in source data, third-party services, or changes in their APIs.
- In no event will we be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Total liability, if applicable, is limited to the amount actually paid by the client in the associated project.
5) Use of the site and contact form
- Use the form for legitimate requests for information or services.
- Spam, malicious automations, or intrusion attempts are prohibited.
- The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
6) Proposals, payments, and cancellation
Payment terms, milestones, scope changes, and cancellation are set out in the accepted proposal for each project. Scope changes may require adjusted timelines and fees.
7) Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Guatemala. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Guatemala City, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
