  • Contact form: first name, last name, email, company, country, and message.
  • Anti-spam (Cloudflare Turnstile): validation token, IP, and minimal technical data to verify you are human.
  • Basic technical logs: IP, user agent, and visited URLs for security and diagnostics. We do not profile or market with this data.
  • To reply to your inquiry and manage the pre-contractual/contractual relationship.
  • To improve the site and maintain its security (fraud and abuse prevention).
  • To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.

We share data only with providers necessary to operate the site and the contact channel:

  • Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam): processes the token and technical data to validate human requests. Policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
  • Brevo (Sendinblue) (email delivery): we use its SMTP API to deliver contact form messages and receipt confirmations. Policy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
  • Hosting/infrastructure (Render or others): website hosting and technical logs.

All act under contract and with appropriate security measures.

  • Consent when you submit the form.
  • Performance of pre-contractual/contractual measures when you request a proposal or hire us.
  • Legitimate interest in protecting the site against abuse/spam and improving its stability.
  • Legal compliance where applicable.
  • Contact inquiries: up to 24 months from the last exchange, or earlier upon your deletion request.
  • Security technical logs: 12–24 months (depending on operational need).

Some providers (e.g., Cloudflare, Brevo) may process data outside your country. We require appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms) to protect your information.

  • Essential: required for security (Turnstile) and basic functionality.
  • Analytics: we currently do not use analytics cookies. If enabled, we will state it here.
  • Marketing: we do not use marketing cookies.
